So much education of the Feminine energy is gender based and rooted in shame, fear and control.
With the Embody The Feminine series, I wanted to empower Women.
Empower them into their Feminine embodiment, an embodiment that is primordial in order to experience Divine Union with the Self, and with a Masculine Counterpart.
An embodiment that is primordial as in order to enter a Divine Partnership with a Masculine Counterpart, women must feel safe embodying their Feminine energy and stepping out of their wounded Masculine energy, out of survival. They need to feel the safety of their inner Masculine in order to receive the energy of a Masculine.
Feminine embodiment is primordial for you to experience flow and ease in life, and surrender to receive, to flow with currents, trusting your desires and manifestations, to open yourself to receive more and experience prosperity that does not require pain, hustle or struggle.
The boss energy, the hustle energy are not energies of the Feminine.
I want to empower you to reclaim your Divine Feminine energy, the part of yourself that you have been taught to feel ashamed of, to silence and to keep hidden out of fear of violence.
Whether you feel disconnected and numb, wether you have been operating mainly from your Masculine, from survival, wether you want to heal deeper or simply feel curious as to what is within you, the workshops will bring you answers and clarity from within yourself.
The how
Embody The Feminine series consists of 8 modules and 3 special workshops.
I encourage you to join the workshops live for maximum clarity, but you will also receive access to a recording for a 7 days playback and practice.
The modules have been divided to focus on the energetic centers (commonly called "chakras", a term wrongfully taken from Tantra which I try to stay away from).
Each module I guide you into your healing of very specific points, described in the guide below. I guide you into energy healing, embodiment practices, to answer questions you have been asking yourself, and better understand the cycles you find yourself stuck into.
Each module is a workshop that contains an informative lecture style part along with practical exercises, in the form of embodiment practices, and energetic practices.
These can be meditation, journaling, Shamanic Healing Journeys (an astral travel experince into your energy, your astral space with energy healing work done safely under my guidance).
Because of the energy work component, it is primordial that you show up to the session completely sober, free from any alcohol and recreational drugs 24h prior the sessions.
Avoid driving and/or operating heavy machineries 2h before and after the workshop.
Module 1: I understand Love, my Self, my energy.
Do you truly understand what Love is? Do you understand what you are?
This module will focus on your Crown energetic center.

You will receive communication and guidance from your Soul.
This module is perfect for those who struggle with believing in and understanding Unconditional Love, as well as people who want to understand the Universe, their Consciousness better.
Module 2: I see the Truth of the Divine Feminine energy.
How do you see the Feminine energy? Which preconceived ideas do you hold about the Divine Feminine, and in which ways do these restrict your own embodiment of your Divine Feminine?
This module will focus on on your Third Eye energetic center.

You will address and heal internalised patriarchal beliefs;

You will meet your Divine Feminine Energy and move through the energies hindering you from fully seeing your Divine Feminine Energy in its truth and fullness.
This module is perfect for those with sisterhood wound, those who are judgmental about the Feminine energy, for those who don't understand the polarity within, as well as people who want to heal patriarchal wounds.
Module 3: I express my fullest & truest self.
This module will address the watered down version of yourself you embody.
This module will focus on the Expression part of your Throat energetic center.

You will revisit, and heal, moments where your Feminine was met with dismissal, anger, violence, ignored, silenced.

You will address the resentment you hold towards those who have done so, and towards yourself for taking it on;

You will meet the fears surrounding being your truest & fullest self.
This module is for the Feminine who feels invisible, and dismissed, those who want to be held and taken care of but often face people dismissing their vulnerability. This is for the ones who do not know who they are and have been searching.

Module 4: I communicate from the Heart.
How do you communicate? Do you communicate from the Heart or from your fear & hurt?
Can you clearly express your desires and needs, voice your fears and remain open to receiving help, comfort and love?
This module will focus on the Communication part of your Throat energetic center.

This module is for the people in relationships and single.

Module 5: I love all of me, fully, completely, truly.
It is time to meet the parts of yourself you have been at war with.
This module will focus on your Heart space.

Integrating the notions of Judgment and Acceptance.
This module is for the Feminines who incredibly hard on themselves, and constantly expect themselves to show up perfectly.
Module 6: I choose myself.
Choosing is you taking radical responsibility for your energy, your life.
This module will focus on your Solar Plexus energetic center.

You will address and heal misaligned cords.
This module will be doing heavy work on your energetic boundaries and cords. As such some diarrhoea and nausea is possible the next day, as you physically release the energies.
This module is for the Feminines who struggle with setting boundaries and letting go of connections that are no longer aligned with them, draining them as a result. This is for Feminines incapable of choosing themselves and always finding themselves in co-dependent relationships.
Module 7: I feel my desire.
Can you be invigorated, aroused and excited by your desire and shamelessly embody it?
Can you hold it within you that you are desiring to be filled, with more?
This module will focus on your Sacral energetic center.

You will learn to allow the flow of your emotions, creativity, and sexual energy;

You will heal the resistance to your sensitivity.
This module is for the Feminines who shame themselves for being sensitive, feeling emotions. It is ideal for Feminines who feel disconnected to true Joy.
Module 8: I am safe in my Feminine embodiment.
It is safe for you to be a Feminine being, to be a. woman, to be vulnerable and sensitive.
This module will focus on your Root energetic center.

You will meet your inner Masculine energy.
This module is for the Feminine who lacks a sense of safety, and is often operating from fight or flight. It is for the Feminine who feels that "she don't need no man" and operates from wounded Masculine energy, the Feminine who does not trust Masculine energy and does not let Men come near her, therefore pushing away their Masculine Counterpart.

Special Workshops
These special workshops are entirely practical; these are 2 to 3h of energy work, embodiment practices and reflective journaling.

1: BODY
Sensual Self-Care and Body Love.
This module will focus on meeting, hearing and loving your physical body.

2: WOMB
This module is only for Womb Bearers, and consists of a Womb Healing.

3: DIVINE PARTNERSHIP
This module is to meet your new Self and step into and embody this new iteration. As well a journey into your true Heart, and into the Heart of your Divine Counterpart.
